ピークパワーとトルクのバランスを高く求めるための製品です。スプーンでは管径、集合回転など、数え切れないほどの組み合わせでエンジンベンチ、フローベンチ、実走行テストを繰り返しパワーとトルクをバランスさせ重量を軽くするという最終目標を、集合コレクター部分にバルッジを入れる事と管長を少し不等長にすることで達成しました。低速トルクはそのままに高回転域では排気ポートから無理やり排気を吸い出しその結果、燃焼室の充填効率を上げる効果を獲得。つまり、本当にパワーアップするエキゾーストシステムを開発したのです。
Spoon Sports exhaust manifolds are designed to produce a balanced gain in power and torque. Many prototypes with countless combinations of diameter, aggregate rotation and collector poisitions and angles were made and tested on the flow bench and engine dyno, however each prototype was tested and developed on actual cars with real world testing. The result is an exhaust manifold that creates the perfect balance of low engine speed torque and high engine speed power with the ultimate efficiency.
