A'PEXi metal headgaskets provide upgraded protection on high horsepower engines. Factory headgaskets cannot withstand the pressures of high output operation and often fail, resulting in loss of compression and mixing of oil and water, rendering the engine inoperable. A'PEXi recommends replacing the factory headgasket with the metal headgasket before failure causes more damage to the engine. A'PEXi gaskets are all designed engine specific and provide a complete and secure seal.
Compression ratio changes (with stock internals):
0.45mm : B16= 11.0, B18= 11.3
1.5mm : B16= 9.8, B18= 10.1
2.1mm : B16= 9.2, B18= 9.6
